5. Cancellation Rules

- Where work has partially commenced, partial refunds may be considered based on the stage of completion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Consultancy services are based on information available at the time of review and are intended to support decision-making processes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable legislation.
7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
We encourage clients to contact us directly if a concern arises so that a reasonable solution can be explored promptly.
Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through communication before considering formal proceedings.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
